In reference to the Universitas Brawijaya Graduation Ceremonies, please be informed of the schedule and procedures for the Graduation Ceremonies of the 2024/2025 Academic Year, as follows:

Graduation Ceremony Procedures:
- Registration and confirmation of attendance for the Graduation Ceremonies, Periods XI and XII, Academic Year 2024/2025, shall be conducted by the officers of the Academic Subdivision of each Faculty through inputting data into the application https://sim.ub.ac.id/ according to the established schedule.
- Graduates who were unable to attend the previous graduation ceremony and intend to participate in Periods XI and XII of 2024/2025 are required to confirm with the officers of their respective Faculty/Postgraduate School, who will then report to the graduation committee, while adhering to the maximum building capacity.
- The Graduation Ceremony for these periods mandates the wearing of the “Academic Gown,” which can be ordered from KPRI UB/independent providers or according to Faculty policy, provided that the stole corresponds to the color of the respective Faculty/Postgraduate School. The dress code for the ceremony is as follows:
- Male graduates shall wear a white shirt with a black tie/as appropriate, black fabric trousers, black shoes, and an academic gown without a faculty necklace (gordon).
- Female graduates shall wear National attire, if feasible, or adapt to existing conditions while maintaining a neat appearance and wearing an academic gown, and shall not wear excessively long bottoms; bottoms must not be shorter than the length of the academic gown, and shall be without a faculty necklace (gordon).
- The distribution of diplomas to graduates and verification of diploma data accuracy shall be conducted by the graduates after the Graduation Ceremony at the Samantha Krida Building.
- In addition to the graduates, parents or guardians are invited, with a maximum of two attendees per graduate.
We request the cooperation of the Heads of Faculties/Postgraduate Schools to disseminate information and coordinate with the graduates to ensure their participation in the graduation ceremony and that the distribution of diplomas proceeds in an orderly and smooth manner.
