UB Central Library is one of the members of the International Support System University Program, which supports the academic program of the University, as written in the "Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi (Three Pillars of University)" covering education, research, and community service. Some roles of the library in supporting education process are: giving information, coordinating and combining all forms of service to improve teaching-learning process, research, and general service. In the end, the aim is to achieve the improved quality of the graduates in developing their knowledge and mastery of their science.

Central Laboraty of Living Sciences is a place of scientific service for academic community members and its function is to coordinate research in the field of living sciences and cooperate with Departments/Study Programs.

Laboratory of Bioscience Universitas Brawijaya (LBioS UB) is a research Laboratory based on Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) for production and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), established through Rector's Decree in realizing integrated research laboratory in accomodating the synergy of A-B-G (Academy-Business-Government). LBioS UB is one of the UB entrepreneur units toward World Class Enterprenerurial University.

Universitas Brawijaya (UB) has the vision of becoming superior university with international standard and can actively role in developing the nation through the process of education, research, and community service. This is performed by conducting the education process to educate the students into individuals with academic and/or professional skill with entrepreneurial spirit, developing and spreading knowledge, technology, social sciences and arts, and applying them to improve the life quality of the people and enriching national culture.
On the other side, global development in the field of medical science, nutrition, and medicine, especially the ones implementing biotechnology, will grow rapidly. The big challenges and opprtunities in the era of gloobalization require development of the science of health, nutrition, and medicine in a more directed and systematic way. Based on the basic design of research (RIP) UB period 2012-2025, there should be support from laboratory with GLP and GMP standard, as the supporting element of integrated research activity.
The development of LBioS UB through Ministry of Education and Culture RI (Government) to support industrialization of University Research Product (Academy) with Industry-scale production standard and possibilities of cooperation with industry (Business) to fulfill the product standard set by POM RI (Government) and WHO (International Standard).
Vision of LBioS-UB is to become the institution to conduct integrated research, training, testing, and development of basic material of biological industry production with national and international standard.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) unit is a unit whose duty is to Study and Develop UB's Information and Communication Technology, and also perform management and service of information and communication technology to all members of UB academic society.
Nowadays, Information and Communication Technology has become something that cannot be separated from everyday life. In the today's era of globalization, information and communication technology has an important role in the various aspect of human life. Information and communication technologies provide a very positive impact in many ways, including: decision support; increased efficiency and productivity; supporting the work and learning activities, and can even improve the quality of human life. The role of information and communication technologies will increase as the time goes by, and until it became a basic element in human lives.
The role of information and communication technology in education is also very important, especially in terms of supporting the teaching-learning process and the efficiency of academic and administrative jobs. University, as one of the educational institution, should be able to take advantage of information and communication technology in supporting its various activities. Penetration and implementation of information and communication technology in higher education will provide a very positive impact and is expected to provide efficiency and high productivity in academic and administrative areas. In addition, with the implementation and adaptation of information and communication technology, it is also expected that universities can continue to compete in the competitive arena of education at the national and even International level.
UB as one of the state universities in Indonesia have been doing implementation and adaptation of information and communication technology since the last few years. Starting from the Computer Center Technical Services Unit, and then developed with the presence of Assessment and Application of Information Technology Unit (UPPTI) and the Development Center for E-learning Technical Services Unit (PPE), a proper computer network infrastructure has been installed. Network connection to the Internet and web-based services such as websites and email has also been available. With the human resources owned by institutions of information and communication technologies above, various applications of information and communication technologies are also developed, implemented, and has been used. In addition, the UB's success in establishing a variety of cooperation with foreign parties in the field of information and communication technology has also been a positive impact on the development of information and communication technology at UB, and also improve UB's prestige as one of the universities with technology research information and communication major.

In its development, Language Laboratory has changed its name several times, from the English Study Program technical Executing Unit on 1993, Language Study Program Technical Executing Unit on 2004, and Language Study Technical Executing Unit on 2008. Language Study Technical Executing Unit is aimed to give an excellent service on the field of foreign language mastery, and Indonesian language for foreign speaker, translation, and foreign language competence test and its preparation.
The unit currently has several divisions such as course division, translation service division, and foreign language competence test division.
The course service division covers English regular course, Japanese regular course, Chinese regular course, German regular course, French regular course, Korean regular course, and Arabic regular course. The regular course consists of the basic level up to the intermediate level. Non regular language course is conducted when there is request from outside party to give training on foreign language mastery.
The translation service unit serves various request of translation from Indonesian to foreign language or the other way. Documents translated covers personal documents (birth certificate, marriage certificate), or academic document (graduation certificate, transcript, or research abstract)
Indonesian and Foreign language competence test division covers Indonesian Proficiency Test (Uji Kemahiran Berbahasa Indonesia /UKBI), English competence test (Institutional TOEFL, Equivalent TOEFL, Equivalent IELTS, and Equivalent TOEIC), Japanese competence test (Equivalent Nihongo Noryoku Shiken), and French competence test (Equivalent DELF).

General Courses Unit
UB Technical Unit of General Courses' duty according to UB Rector's Decree No: 100/SK/2002 is to guide Personality Development Group Courses (MPK) on the Human Resource and the substance of the methodology, coordinating and distributing the lecturers to the faculties/study programs in UB.
Personality Development Courses managed by Technical Executing Unit of general Courses are:
- Indonesian Language
Vision of the MPK Group in Higher Education (including Brawijaya) is to become the source of value and guide for the conduction of Study Program in guiding the student to develop its personality.
While the mission of MPK Group is to help students so that they can realize the basic values of religion and culture and the awareness of national and state in implementing science, technology, and arts that is mastered with humanity sense of responsibility.
MPK Group's competence is aimed to master the ability to think, act rationally and dynamically, with wide view as an intellectual person.
II. MPK Group as a Part of the Semester's Credit
- The three MPK courses (Religion, Indonesian Language, and Citizenship) each is wighed 3 credits, as a compulsory course, and credited with minimum score of C.
II. Relation of Technical Executing Unit of General Course with Faculties
- Technical Executing Unit of General Courses has duty to coordinate general Courses Lecturers.
- Technical Executing Unit of General Courses arrange the duty and distribution of Lecturers to the faculties on the Faculties' request.
- Technical Executing Unit of General Courses oversee lectures conducted by MPK group lecturers in every faculty/department/study program.

JPC is an institution in Universitas Brawijaya aimed to prepare students and alumni to become members of society withacademic and/or professional skill that can implement, develop and/or spread knowledge, technology and use it to improve quality of life and enrich national culture.
As an institution JPC has been existed since 1995, yet the activity is not optimal. Starting on 2002 it becomes important according to the rector's program to anticipate the increasing competence of work opportunities.
University quality often connected to the time needed by the alumni to get job. Thus, JPC answer the challenge related by preparing students and alumni to work in the field of business and industry.
As a center of work market information and trainings in preparing students and alumni to compete in work field in globalization era.

This division will cooperate with DUDI (Business and Industry World) related to the collection of information to help students and lumni for professional world. Development of cooperation is held continuously and well-planned.
This division helps students and alumni in finding career by facilitating job provider companies according to the profession competence.
Division of Training and Consultation
This division handles training programs and independence development held by JPC annually, besides, it also held training in cooperation with other institution with certain competence. To prepare students and alumni for professional world according to the competence. This division also gives consultation service for students and alumni who needs information related to field of work.
